Qualification, Validation & Customer Approval Support:-
Each project begins with structured review of drawings, material specifications and validation requirements. Where required, PPAP documentation, FAIR reports and compliance declarations are aligned at project initiation.
Inspection & Testing:-
Dimensional, visual and material verification checks are conducted during and after production in accordance with documented procedures and agreed customer specifications.
Traceability & Documentation:-
Material-to-finished-part traceability is maintained through controlled batch identification, inspection records and certificate issuance. Documentation requirements are agreed during project review to ensure clarity and compliance.
Performance & Continuous Monitoring
JFE monitors quality and supply performance through structured review processes including:-
- Quarterly PPM monitoring
- On-time delivery tracking
- Supplier performance evaluation
- Continuous improvement initiatives

The integration of our Manufacturing Partner Network, in-house engineering support and JFE’s Quality Assurance team enables us to supply components aligned precisely to customer drawings and tolerance requirements.
We work with both general and custom tolerances including:-
- ISO 3302-1 (Rubber tolerances).
- DIN ISO 3302-1 equivalent standards.
- Application-specific dimensional and visual criteria.
